Terms and Conditions

Each of the 1800 pairs of the Limited Edition Ali’i Zoot ULTRA Race shoes are individually numbered.  The winner of this auction will receive shoe 1 of 1800 in their size.

All of the proceeds from the winning bid will be donated to the Challenged Athletes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Therefore, no returns will be accepted for this package. Winner may choose to exchange the shoes within 30-days of receipt; however, they will no longer receive shoe #1.

The winner of the auction will be contacted by a TriSports.com representative to obtain the correct shoe size. Shoes will be delivered on or about July 1, 2008.

The winner of the auction will get to swim with either Luke Bell or Sam McGlone in Kona during the week of Ironman Hawaii 2008. 

All travel and accomodations are the responsibility of the winner.
